- Led a 15 month software development project for a $74M aerospace and defense thermal materials manufacturer. Generated project timelines for two software releases, managed changes to schedule and scope, and allocated developer resources to meet project milestones. Thoroughly tested each feature prior to release and successfully demoed all deliverables to stakeholders.- Designed and implemented the full stack of a data-driven Value Stream Map generator in accordance with LEAN manufacturing standards—the first of its kind in the manufacturing industry.- Designed and implemented dozens of complex data visualizations.
