Learned about Residential Mortgage loan underwriting, analyzing financial documents, and low-to-moderate home research and marketing tactics. Also, learned about the small business market, Valleys products which cater to them, and the importance of customer relationships and networking skills.

Assisted customers with finding products, organized merchandise, maintained a clean and organized store environment, operated cash registers, and provided excellent customer service. Occasionally helped train new hires. Being a Tjmaxx Retail Sales Associate provided me a dynamic role that required multitasking and effective communication skills to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Assisted with the Fund Development team at a non-profit, The Girl Scouts Headquarters, in Lake Worth, FL. I worked on an upcoming event in Broward County: Girl Scouts Lead The Way. I helped reach out to Companies about the upcoming event as well as organized an auction to be held at the event by working out reasonable prices and getting specific details of the items to be auctioned researched and documented. Interning with a fund development team provided valuable insights into fundraising strategies, donor relations, and event planning. I gained hands-on experience in researching potential donors, reaching out to them , and assisting with fundraising campaigns. It was an enriching opportunity to contribute to the team's efforts in supporting the organization's mission and goals.
