Lead implementation for all end to end North American region implementations within AX 4.0, 2009, and 2012. Train internal organization on all Microsoft Dynamics solutions and Bottomline integrations to Dynamics AX and NAV. Write and maintain user documentation, release notes and help text for Bottomline for Dynamics AX and NAV products. Subject Matter Expert in Dynamics AX: Versions 3.0, 4.0, 2009, and 2012. Member of Microsoft TAP program for AX 2012 and AX 2012 R2 release cycles.

Worked directly with Development to identify and write functional specifications and business requirements documents. Write and execute test plan and provide testing support for Dynamics AX 4.0 and 2009 versions. Write product documentation for Junction Solutions vertical solutions and provide training internally and externally on solutions.
