Pacific Place went from being a bottom performer to being the only store in the NorCal/Northwest district to leverage with a +.4%, despite both the district and the company delivering double digit negatives, leverage sat at +8%, leading the district at the time of my departure- Pacific Place was the only store to have an increase in conversion, coupled with district leading performance in most other metrics - Ranked first in performance in segment accountability in the area

- Ranked first in performance in segment accountability among SM’s in the Northern California district- Under my coaching, my assistant manager went from being a bottom performer to being ranked second in the district- One month after my arrival, the Broadway Plaza store hit its bonus goal for the first time in 2013- Q1 Broadway Plaza comp’ed by 21% and surpassed the bonus goal by 3.5% and more than doubled the districts leverage with a +26.4% delta- Broadway Plaza store either increased or had district leading performance in every metric

I began my retail career as a sales associate at the Gap. It started as a way to supplement my education in fashion design by understanding the way customers made purchases. I soon fell in love with retail and that passion was evident in my work. I was promoted from sales associate to sales coach, and from there, I was promoted out of the North Avenue store in Chicago to a key holder in the flagship Michigan Avenue location. Gap, Inc. gave me a firm beginning in the world of retail and experience in both low volume and high volume environments. I will always smile back at my days as a Gap girl.
