I assisted in customer service with problem items/orders, managed inventory- $15-$18 million, moved warehouse products to bins that increased productivity, processed return orders/packages, handled shipping personal/customer packages, and helped warehouse shop and pack customer orders.

I received and checkin in freight, unpacked articles of clothing, placed sensors on select items, folded, hung, and placed on sales floor organized by size, style, and color. Helped with merchandise, markdowns, planning, and marketing for POV, and updated mannequins to current clothing styles. Assisted customers on the sales floor with cashiering and questions. I assisted in weighing, washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothis and linens. Sorted and counted articles to be cleaned according to color, fabric, dirt content, and cleaning technique. Operated ironing machine safely, as well as keeping a clean work space.

I scheduled demonstrations with customers. Assigned representative to specific appointments/demponstrations. I called and received phone calls from customers and local companies. i presented demonstrations in customers homes as well.

I assisted customers in person and via telephone with placing orders and entered data in the company's database. Counted medicaiton, selected appropriate containers, filled, labeled, and shipped to customers. Investigated and resolved customer inquiries and complaintes in a timely and empathetic manner. Typed pet names/contact information on the computer to make tags. Helped out in other areas of the warehouse when needed.
