Pioneered the first-generation Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) model across 72 sites and 35 countries with two global providers to provide simplification and savings across sites. Developed governance structure and processes for end state organization including KPI standardization, performance monitoring, simplification tracking, PO standardization and formats for strategic business reviews.
