Mr. Simon is an AI-based mock interview tool for Job Seekers. It has been around since just before pre-Covid and pre-ChatGPT times 😉 and new functionality has been added constantly.We are also actively developing a version for recruiters and hiring managers. This version provides pre-screening functionality that deep-filters hundreds of potential candidates based on their interview answers, not just their resumes.

As a co-founder and business lead of a boutique software development agency, my overarching role is to provide full cycle of software development lifecycle services to ensure agreed-upon deliverables and results for our clients. This mostly involves guiding and overseeing my team of amazingly talented software engineers, ensuring productive collaboration with other teams and stakeholders, and driving for clarity, sensible priorities, and results.Another significant and exciting part of my responsibilities is kicking off new initiatives and navigating new territories, followed by clear and smooth processes and delegation.In addition, I personally steer the products and initiatives that I am most passionate about.As of 2024, we are providing services to European and US-based clients, to enterprises and startups.

I started with this company as a Junior Support Engineer supporting CRM systems for our clients. During my years here, I grew into a business requirements analyst and software engineer, then a project manager, and then head of the company managing a team of software engineers, ensuring fulfillment of our obligations to our clients, and doing business research and development work. I left the company after I started my own business and was able to land a big contract with an enterprise client in the education industry.

Performed interviews with customers willing to work abroad. This is where I familiarized myself with the concept of CRM, even without knowing the name of it: organized customer information from paper into digital form; developed customer database structure and data. No one required me to do this, it was just such a logical (and exciting) thing to be done!

Organized advertising workflow of real estate agency, performed translation and correction of legal contracts; office work. Whenever I find myself in a boring but inevitable job that is way below my limits, I always go above and beyond to organize and improve my work environment, and to train my colleagues. This is my way to add excitement into the job.

Managed the full cycle of a small custom software development project, from sales to post-implementation support. I remember how the client said to my boss: "we wouldn't have signed this contract if not for Natalie." 🙂

This was a place where my life changed for the best. I couldn't be as audacious and creative as I am now, without that change.
