ING Bank was new to Australia and I was recruited for my experience with running Visa Credit Card Operations within the banking environment.System and transactional testing requirement and then implementation of the Visa system within the current banking programs. Running day to day operational requirements regarding Visa applications, Credit Card and Home Loan approval processes and transactional data. Managing the Visa Chargeback office system, complaint resolutions and banking and financial reporting to APRA, Visa International and ING Bank Management.
