• Work cross-functionally with our Marketing, Sales, Talent Acquisition, and Solutions teams to drive operational excellence• Drive Talent Acquisition operational initiatives, including but not limited to- building enablement assets, providing training on process, database management and sourcing, and assisting with onboarding• Support corporate recruiting needs, from posting job descriptions, managing inbound applicants, and driving routine outreach strategies• Support the build and implementation of business processes and workflows• Drive cross-functional reporting needs for Sales, Marketing, and Talent Acquisition to drive greater impact in their respective areas• Manage the day-to-day execution, scheduling, and performance of our email marketing platform to ensure we are optimally connecting with our current and prospective clients• Oversee day-to-day website management and help to build, oversee, and manage our corporate social media strategy and craft creative ways to spark greater engagement across platforms

• Focus on day-to-day operations and processes, from sourcing and application, through the entire experience journey• Conduct weekly 1x1’s with Technology Solution Specialist staff to identify enablement needs as well as adherence to performance metrics and KPI’s while also driving individual contributor level activities to include individual performance metrics• Responsible for performing as Technology Solutions Specialist Function liaison in collaboration with our Solutions and Sales teams to organize response tactics for a constantly evolving portfolio of client demand• Coach, teach, and mentor the Technology Solutions Specialist team in all areas of functional performance that includes sourcing in the technology sector, maintaining and nurturing a robust talent network, vetting, and profiling, management of submittal cycles, and all other stages of the consultant journey

• Work in collaboration with our Solutions Team on identifying top tech talent to work with • Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks • Work with our Sales and Solutions teams to support immediate client opportunities • Develop a pipeline of technical talent (both active and passive) and be constantly engaging in a meaningful way• Nurture relationships with existing Consultants to build unbreakable relationships• Participate in and lead client-facing activities with our Sales team

Part-time service associate position. Responsibilities include; balancing a cash drawer withan average $25,000 to the penny, customer service, monthly, weekly, and quarterly salesgoals, customer service surveys, financial advising, wealth management referrals.Managed a team of five and their progress during a month long promotion. Received thehighest customer service satisfaction rating in the branch, 100%, from customer surveys inJune of 2016.

Part time server. Responsibilities include, proper sanitation and temperature control,making change for customers, assuring proper presentation of food, customer service,product knowledge, sales goals and customer surveys.
