Natalie McClearn is an associate attorney at Stiles Ewing Powers. She practices family law witha focus on Collaborative Law and alternative dispute resolution. She is skilled at helping clientsnavigate the complexities of the legal system and counseling them through the struggles theyexperience along the way. Natalie became trained in mediation and Collaboration during lawschool, and early in her career, she began incorporating those skills into her trial practice as wellas her Collaborative practice. Her philosophy is that generally a family’s best chance of successfollowing the trauma of a separation will involve effective, respectful communication betweenthe parties through the guidance of their attorneys.Natalie is proud to serve as President of the Henrico County Bar Association and is the youngestattorney to take that position. Natalie lives in the City of Richmond with her husband and enjoyscamping, swimming, waterskiing, and soaking up RVA river culture.
