Vice President, National Contract Performance
Current-Understands management contracts and ensures management and delivery of services fulfills requirements and exceeds expectations. -Provides direct leadership to assigned contracts including client communications, operational team support and guidance, program deliverables and goals, regular data and report reviews, etc.-Serves as central operations liaison among site Directors and Managers facilitating communication with other departmental resources such as talent acquisition, human resources, solution development, business analytics and leadership.-Interfaces with multiple client stakeholders including operations, procurement, finance, and legal to facilitate seamless delivery from all perspectives.-Emphasizes and demonstrates the importance of activity, accountability, productivity and hospitality as key components to a positive partnership with our clients helping them realize maximum return on investment.
