In this role, I oversaw and supported the strategic development and execution of initiatives focused on employer and workplace transformation to support employees impacted by substance use, employer engagement in addressing social determinants of health, advancing health equity and addressing racism in healthcare, and responding to the COVID-19 pandemic. The toolkit educated employers and healthcare purchasers on best practice data analytics, benefit design, and workplace policies to address opioid use disorder among their workforce. Show less
