I am an outgoing person with a passion to enjoy my work , and be successful in life.I have worked for several years within the financial industry, and I am currently working with a local book keeper, expanding my AAT knowledge and putting my AAT level 2 qualification into practise.I have helped assist with year end tax returns and quarterly vat returns.I am seeking full time employment, but would continue to work additional hours to maintain and support my book keeping and book keeper.I have achieved the following qualifications:*Level 2 and Level 3 NVQ in Travel and Tourism*Level one in book keeping (OCR)*Level 2 in ITQ*Level 3 NVQ in customer services.*Level 1 in adults, beginners Spanish*Level 2 AAT in accountancy I have future aspirations to possibly continue Spanish, continue to AAT Level 3 and a possible opportunity for a course in Digital Marketing.I have recently undergone a wonderful CV workshop , and really feel this was a great insight into the confidence needed to aspire in employment and interviews and to help improve my current CV.I cannot thank Claire at T10 consulting enough for this, and could recommend them for any CV and seeking employment workshop.I have also recently undergone some coaching sessions with Gwen at Eventum, her expertise, advice and coaching has been brilliant and very much recommended.

Known As Homeloan ManagementI have worked for Computer Share (formerly known as Homeloan Management) for over 9 years. I started my employment on 5th November 2006, and will terminate my current employment on 29th November 2016.This a resourcing company for mortgage clients, and I have administered in excess of 20 clients on a daily basis.I worked within the redemptions department from November 2007 until October 2011.For this period of time I was located at the Padiham office.My skills, and daily duties throughout this period are as follows:*Daily phone calls from contact centre*Daily phone calls to and from solicitors.*Daily targets of work to achieve and complete.*issuing redemption statements, in order for customer's to redeem and complete their mortgage.*Learning and remembering all of the different client variations and rules around interest charged for redemption statements.*Checking of redemption statements.I was then moved, on a temporary basis to a back fill team to help with a back log of post redemption accounts that needed investigating with a balance.This was formerly known as the amendments team, and it was vital the account was zero balanced correctly, third party suppliers paid and batched to the accounts ie outstanding solicitors costs, fee's and payments refunded or reversed and interest as necessary before issuing the ATS (authority to seal) to the deeds team.This was challenging with all the client anomalies, but I soon became very competent going on to then be on a shortfall team which chased outstanding balances and shortfalls on redeemed accounts. This effectively was debt collection work, and improved my telephone and angry complaint call skills further.Eventually the teams all merged due to staff cuts and redundancies, and I ended up working within the whole account closure's team, which administered the following tasks.*Issued redemption statements.**DUE TO LIMITED TIME NEED TO COME BACK AND COMPLETE THIS** -
Leaflet Distributor/ Pr Sales In Retail StoresPuregym Apr 2016 - Jul 2016ColneI briefly worked for a friend who managed Pure gym, and felt very involved with the PR and sales for the gym. I mainly distributed leaflets to area's through out Burnley, Nelson and Colne in Lancashire. I enjoyed this job as on top of my own full time employment this helped me boost my confidence and gained me exercise. I enjoyed the opportunities it gave me to talk to people, to visit businesses and to pass on the information and practice my sales techniques. I did some promotional work in Sainsbury's, Colne which involved dressing in an air suit and talking to members of the public to pass on the information about the gym. I felt this really helped me gain confidence that I could work within a public facing role again. I really enjoyed this brief employment to help a friend, business, local community and myself. -

I used to commute to Bury once a month to help qualify through the TFT-training for travel education body. This was a sales focused job, that was created for a fast learning environment and being open to change. I enjoyed my time in travel, and feel it was a fantastic open opportunity to the world of work from school. I enjoyed the job, as I love holidays myself although rates of pay were low therefore this factor helped me decide to leave for pastures new in November 2007.
