I felt privileged and proud to be a small, but essential part of an immense team working on a major, controversial, highway project to tunnel under Stonehenge, improving traffic entering the South-West. Utilising my time management skills, I engaged in many hours of collating, formatting and quality assuring / proofreading of technical documents which helped towards reaching the submission deadlines, and achieving accomplishment of getting the DCO passed, ready for the Secretary of State to peruse and decide. As a personal passion project, and as a Mental Health First Aider, I initiated a weekly anonymous Wellbeing survey for the whole project team. I analysed the data and produced a weekly report for the Executive Management Team (EMT) and general project team.
