As a Senior Therapist, I provide a high standard of treatments and service to our long standing clientele. I actively promote myself to encourage new business and do my upmost to ensure client satisfaction and therefore customer retention.As a salon coordinator, I allocate/approve holidays and days off. I ensure the computer system has the correct working days/hours for each staff member, I check reviews and follow up with clients to ensure 5* client satisfaction ratings. Other duties include, stock control, ordering, housekeeping, standardisation, training new staff members, research for clients needs and helping on reception.
