I was in charge of a first line of defence Risk and Control project management mandate that spanned 15 different functions across IT and FM Operations, and strengthened the internal control framework across all four main bank hubs in Kuala Lumpur, New York, London and Singapore. I established project governance and mitigated significant risk levels arising from the introduction of a new collateral margining system, and oversaw a project to enable trading through a new legal entity.
