Currently working as a Team Leader in the Distribution Administration Department section of Permanent TSB.As a team leader I am responsible for the following:• 24 team members• Allocating work• 34 branches from the bank network • Auditing branch lending files e. g Term Loans, Visas and Overdrafts• Branch suspense accounts review • Branch monthly returns • Branches quality work process • Si Accounts review•Maintain an exemplary work quality (in line with the Banks Risk Appetite and Procedures) which will be evidenced by regular Management oversight and routine second and third line reviews.•Risk based sample review and sign off of the daily branch DLL reports against paperwork received from a branch.•Quality checking a sample of unsecured credit files issued in branches, including Personal Term Loans, Visa & Overdrafts.•Quality check sample of Term Loan files from Direct.•Point of contact for a number of branches in a support role.•Review and monitor branches performance in relation to DQ activities.•Complete Petty Cash & Suspense Account returns for Branches.•Provide support in the production of weekly & monthly MI for the risk based QA completed in the Centre.•Support the Department in the development of effective, efficient and sustainable control improvements.•Remain up to date on Regulations, Credit Policies, Standards & Procedures.•Carry out ad hoc duties as required.
