Leading a flagship store with multiple team members, each individual has different learning skills and adapt all in different ways. 6 E's of leadership are essential in all teams; being retail, or working along side partners and colleagues. To achieve a goal we must: envision, enlist, embody, empower, elevate and encourage. To envision an end goal; we closely build atomic habits; consistency, good habits, evalutation and development. Firmly believing in building atomic habits, makes an individual 1% better; wether it is personal growth, career development or motivation. Developing team members motivates me and drives hunger in the individual, from turning a assistant store manager into a store manager, developing casual team members into consistently driven stylists/sales assistant where they are able to utilise skills in day to day life, and assist their career development once finishing a University degree. Confidence is an essential part of retail, where opportunities are always presented. My greatest achievement, is developing my own personal growth and utilising this growth to grow my team and business from a $800,000 business into a $1.3M business.
