I planned and hosted topical events in financial and estate planning, built relationships with advisors, and administered a portfolio of 35-45 open estates raising around 15% of the organization's revenue budget.

Raised over $500,000 in new revenue in one year and put in place key data management, relationship building and communications practices to better tell the TeamChild story to a wider audience and grow a base of sustainable funds.

Over 2.5 years, increased agency’s operating budget by 30% through a combination of growth across all areas of relationship-based fundraising (individuals, corporations, foundations). Deepened existing stakeholder relationships and cultivated new audiences through ambitious digital marketing, values-aligned storytelling, and building out a range of events and trainings to connect with audiences. Served as the face of the organization during an Executive Director transition and grew revenue during the transitional period. Led Board of Directors engagement with an increase in board giving of 25%.

Created the organization's first standardized revenue pipeline to better monitor, track progress on, and successfully close key funding proposals with a focus on foundation and corporate giving. Revamped Salesforce CRM database to promote improved department processes leading to greater donor acquisition, retention, and satisfaction with stewardship efforts (raised more than $500,000 in the first year). Executed all community/donor facing campaigns and events from concept to presentation, reaching virtual and in-person audiences of 500+ who report high levels of positive engagement and raising significant funds (record-breaking numbers YOY).

Designed and built a data collection tool to capture organizational capacity strengths and challenges facing nonprofits in southwest Washington. Analyzed complex quantitative and qualitative results to forecast trends in the region's nonprofit sector and catalyze peer-to-peer learning through developing targeted programming recommendations and a comprehensive facilitation guide.

Greater Seattle Area

Supported business and program development by writing competitive grant proposals (100% successful). Cultivated and stewarded World Affairs Council partnerships in the greater Seattle community to create custom multi-week exchange programs across sectors, with a special focus on entrepreneurship and technology. Wrote “Who Gets to be an Entrepreneur?”, a think piece for a Seattle audience that was re-published by the U.S. State Department for their diplomatic and international audiences. Completed end-to-end project management for concurrent exchange programs including logistics, budgets, data management in Salesforce, and program evaluation designing surveys and focus groups

Pet Partners’ spokesperson and chief storyteller, building visibility and awareness of therapy animal work through a range of platforms, including print, web, radio, and podcasts. Quoted in outlets including Yahoo!. Developed content for bi-monthly e-newsletters and ongoing social media campaigns. Boosted social media engagement by 12% over a six-month period. Piloted a corporate partnerships program engaging therapy animal volunteers to support employee wellness, which grew three-fold due to popular demand, resulted in a $100,000 sponsorship, and launched additional corporate partnership opportunities.
