Hello! My name is Natalie Rapciewicz, and I am located in New Jersey. I am a second-year student at Rutgers Business School, majoring in finance and minoring in social justice through the Honors Living-Learning Community.Actively serving as an academic senator, I am committed to enhancing the student experience at Rutgers Business School through active participation in the Student Governing Association. Organizing projects to improve the school's climate and create initiatives that provide a central hub to enhance student engagement and career prospects.Recently, I completed a paid internship at Bio Behavioral Health, contributing significantly to clinical research. Assisted in implementing clinical trials, managing study materials, and overseeing quality control of data entries. Worked in the company's billing department while conducting my own research study on the effects of Leptin on weight in patients with migraines.In 2023, I graduated with high honors from Toms River High School North, showcasing academic excellence through participation in multiple AP classes and being awarded the seal of biliteracy in Polish and English. I was honored to serve as the President of the Senate for the New Jersey State Model Congress in 2023. In that role, I participated in vital discussions and voted on bills to strengthen our community. This experience has instilled the confidence to bring the same engagement, enthusiasm, and fresh perspectives to the Rutgers community. Furthermore, my time as the President of Toms River North's Future Business Leaders of America allowed me to lead a team that ignited a passion for business and played a significant role in community service.Demonstrated commitment to serving with the Little Servant Sister covenant, contributing over a hundred hours of service over four years. Engaged in various activities, including religious retreats, assisting with consent procedures, and organizing events such as making perogies for the elderly.With a solid foundation in academic achievement, hands-on clinical research experience, and a passion for service and leadership, I am excited to continue making a positive impact at Rutgers Business School and beyond.
