Parentz@Work initiated in 2011 with the aim of providing state-of-the-art personal development education to the parents. Our organization through parent education has the status of providing a wide selection of experts, high-class parent education courses for parents, day care providers, family members, and other concerned community associates. I supervised the day-to-day operation of KidsNCare programs, and payment department, duities included supervising and monitoring grants, monitoring programs, recruited potential candidates for program participation, assured that provider payments are made in a timely manner, maintained participant enrollment needed to earn contracts, maintains client files, for compliancy, researched complaints, conducts fair hearings,, coordinates training for staff, supervise, evaluate, and disciplines staff, and manage the First 5 grant.

I managed a caseload of 200 families (to include file and database management);I determined program eligibility, completed and processed required forms, coordinateddelivery of program services, provided referrals, recordkeeping, clerical functions, alongwith providing training and assistance in the areas of child development and businesspractices to child care providers. I also met with families to assist them with findingquality child care, which included providing technical assistance, and community

Provided direction to 15 corporate and franchised child care centers in California & Washington. Implemented effective staff and resource management strategies in a diverseglobal environment. I was responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and selecting staff,along with evaluating, and disciplining staff, training, staff development, bookkeeping,and computer training.
