    W7 Cosmetics is the flagship brand of the Warpaint London Group; an on-trend and affordable colour cosmetics brand that encourages diversity and inclusivity. In my current brand role I take on a variety of responsibilities such as:Social Media:I am accountable for digital content creation and social media management and marketing as well as developing and executing both in-house and paid social/influencer campaigns for the W7 brand.My main focus is on the TikTok platform and the brand’s overall social media presence in the USA. I regularly conduct market research to determine consumer trends and behaviour in order to effectively devise successful strategies as I work closely with the NPD and creative team.Website and SEO:Orchestrating the development and launch of the W7 e-commerce website provided me with the opportunity to co-manage the site. I handle merchandising, copywriting and updating product content as well as overseeing design and UI in the back-end of the Shopify platform.I also assist with the maintenance and merchandising of the brand’s recent store launch on the Amazon Platform.I report directly to both the MD and CEO of Warpaint; working closely with them to achieve shared brand goals. I am responsible for producing a marketing plan and budget for the year ahead, forecasting for potential events, collaborations and NPD.I keep open channels of communication with The Board and internal and external sales teams to assist where necessary.A few of my key accomplishments in this role include:• Organisation of a successful influencer campaign featuring a trip to Coachella Festival in 2019.• Involvement in the brand's first influencer collaboration and those thereafter; managing product, social and planning launch events alongside our PR company.• Assisting the launch for the brand's first ever listing in a major Grocery retailer, Tesco – March 2020.• Assisting the brand's US launch on the Amazon platform – August 2020.
