• Currently managing 4 projects whilst working a part time (3-day week) including software updates to a winter landscapes system, implementation of a new H&S Risk Assessment SaaS tool and feasibility activities for 2 HR projects relating to streamlining our onboarding process and the implementation of a mobile first learning and development tool. • Successful implementation of 2 API based projects whereby an interface was put in place between Mitie’s FM system and our Client’s FM system. This resulted in cost and time savings on tedious double keying activities. It also allowed us to meet our contractual obligations. These integrations involve having to manage numerous stakeholders across varying external and internal groups. I was particularly praised for the well written Full Business Cases for these projects and enabling them to get through the often-timely feasibility process swiftly. • Awarded numerous ‘Mitie Stars’ over the years for my resilience and positive nature when it comes to problem solving and bringing renowned difficult projects through to fruition and closure. • Project Management of the IT department refurb to a 6-month deadline and £150k budget. This involved not only the management of the IT fit out but gaining agreement on the layout, dealing with the furniture suppliers, ensuring H&S guidelines were met whilst also liaising with the property team. As a result, the CEO of the company cut the ribbon upon the opening of the new office and the 100+ team were able to make use of the new collaboration spaces allowing for working more effectively and morale among the team raised. • I ran the ‘Arkadin closure’ project which saw the closure of an outdated telephony system whereby all Mitie IT users were moved on to Skype for Business. This project involved a large communications plan and training schedule. As a result, the benefits exceeded expectation with a £186k per year saving.

• Taking on the IT WAN process from 2 other experienced staff and modifying the current procedure to enable a more effective service • Rapidly understanding the internal recharge portal and putting forward development ideas to improve the smooth running of the system• Tracking and reporting on the progress of current WAN installations including the management of the weekly WIP call• Creating an invoice tracker and a new way of electronically approving invoices to ensure all invoices are accounted for and paid• Investigating various invoices and moving incorrect bills away from the business, saving money.
