I am an experienced planning consultant, specialising in major mixed-use regeneration projects, that often involve joint ventures and partnerships, providing tailored advice to various public and private sector clients.I work across a range of asset classes within London, typically residential, office, retail and life sciences. I advise clients through all stages of the planning process from pre-acquisition of land and buildings to post-determination of planning applications. I devise planning strategies on large masterplans that include optionality and which navigate planning risk. The nature of my projects mean I am adept at strategic and holistic thinking. I have worked on many technically complex development proposals that have involved land assembly, infrastructure integration and development viability considerations. My key projects include: Euston Over Station Development Masterplan, the London Borough of Camden (for Lendlease); Canada Water Masterplan, the London Borough of Southwark (for British Land); Waterloo Central, the London Borough of Lambeth (for Bourne Capital); and the Whitechapel Road Redevelopment, the London Borough of Tower Hamlets (for NHS Property Services).
