My name is Natalie and I graduated from UCSB in 2020 with a Bachelor's in arts in Psychology and a minor in applied psychology with a 3.28 GPA. I am now furthering my education in Psychology at Baruch College in New York where I will achieve my Masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology. I am well versed in psychological topics and theories and am eager to use these skills in a professional field. I am open to a wide array of job opportunities in which my background in psychology could be utilized and given the opportunity to grow. I am particularly interested in Diveristy and Inclusion inititiatives, as welll as leadership development within organizations.
