I am a passionate Psychosocial Safety Awareness Advocate with over 14 years of combined experience in:* Psychosocial safety awareness * Work-related psychological health and safety * Workplace well-being and mental health* Workplace relations ( including advising on workplace bullying)* Policy review and development * Workplace bullying, harassment and sexual harassment prevention training development * Bystander prevention training development* WHS, Food Safety and Mining Safety prosecutions I have advised organisations in industries such as government, education, healthcare, social assistance, hospitality, disability services, residential care, NFP, finance, trading, mining and construction. I have a deep desire to empower individuals, leaders, managers and organisations to build a mentally healthy, safe, happy, respectful, productive and thriving workforce. My aim is to increase awareness of the importance of psychosocial safety and workplace well-being, and to assist organisations to prevent harm in order to help their people flourish and thrive. I believe that the power of positive change lies in awareness, risk management and evidence-based approaches to prevention and taking effective and appropriate action. My experience as a WHS prosecutor has led me to my passion in work-related psychological health and safety, psychosocial safety and workplace well-being and mental health. I am currently a non-practising lawyer and love being in the preventative space, where I am able to assist organisations increase their knowledge through awareness and coaching and help to achieve positive change.I have an empathetic, caring, collaborative, friendly and pragmatic approach when consulting and advising my clients.
