As Executive Director, I will lead 5430 Alliance’s strategic vision and will drive the collective’s fundraising initiatives, membership growth, events, and corporate partnership opportunities, all while fostering impactful relationships that will connect CU student-athletes with the Boulder community and Buffs fanbase. Responsible for managing the collective’s onsite team, the relationship with the CU athletic department, and the collective’s external communications. The 5430 Alliance is the premiere Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) collective supporting 350-plus student-athletes at the University of Colorado. Supporters, fans, and alumni who support 5430 Alliance are pledging to maximize opportunities for student-athletes to build their brands and engage with the community. As Director for Professional Sports at Dimensional Innovations, I focus on growing DI’s partnerships in the professional sports market. Working closely with our sports practice, I identify opportunities to connect a team's story to their physical and interactive environments through revitalized team branding, facilities, sponsorship activations, fan zones and halls of fame. During my time at DI, I've had the opportunity to engage with and deliver on high profile projects, such as The Washington Football Team and Nashville SC.
