This position requires a high level of team leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve. Responsible for managing and delegating tasks within an executive of over 50, as well as over 150 models, performers, and dancers. Achieved the estimated monetary target of 25,000, which was donated to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.

Good customer service is all about bringing customers back. It is about being the face of your company and representing it with a positive attitude at all times. This position required Natalie to sell memberships, accept payments re: swimming lessons, community ticket sales, sports games, summer camp packages and sell various merchandise. In the passed year of working at the Queen's ARC, Natalie was also given the opportunity to work at the new and improved Richardson Stadium to work at the football games. Queen's ARC prides itself on being one of the most high-end workout facilities at an Ontario University, which is made possible by the associates attending the front desk. Natalie takes the extra steps needed to rectify any situations regarding complaints of customers, reporting broken equipment, and dealing with payment issues.

This position in the SLPC required student tour guides to work sometimes 12 hours a day delivering informative historical tours of the Kingston Penitentiary. The students were given scripts to memorize for the season and were responsible for 30+ people per tour. This job required high attention to detail and swift problem-solving approaches.

Natalie created and operated a small business for the Summer of 2016, that was funded by the government's partnership with Kingston Economic Development Corporation. She was mentored by professionals and attended numerous workshops and conferences representing Veg-A-Peel. She wholesaled her baked goods to a select Kingston stores and remained in business while she attended school in the Fall. Recently, she decided to interlude her business to focus on her education.
