I am a finance leader with 25 years’ experience in the banking sector, holding senior executive positions, leading significant change across major banks in Australia and the US. I’m known for my ability to deliver large complex programs at scale with a strong focus on customer and banker experience through digital and systems improvement. In my current role I am leading a significant business for ANZ, the Third Party Division, serving 17,000 mortgage brokers, including 14 aggregators, many ASX listed. I am leading a change agenda, making it quicker, faster, better for brokers to deal with ANZ while maintaining our reputation for executing complex transactions. At ANZ I also was Head of Commercial Bank Transformation and Head of Execution, Business and Private Bank where I led large change agenda’s, improving systems, process, networks, communications and distribution, always with the customer first and foremost. As Head is Health, I helped build and continued to develop the bank’s specialised industry model for supporting the Australian Health sector. Prior to joining ANZ, I held senior roles at NAB and ABN AMRO in Australia and the US with deep expertise in frontline and distribution across diverse sectors including health, technology and telecommunications.As a leader, I am always thinking of the impact on our customers.
