At Horizons Inv. I am responsible for all administrative duties, running the office on a daily basis, answering phones and emails, taking care of all the residents moving into their new condos including scheduling inspections and move-ins. As this is a new company I have created and implemented several programs to keep track of inspections and repairs. I also coordinate all the trades and get all deficiencies in construction fixed. In conjunction with my administrative duties, I also build and maintain all websites, create all the ads, Instagram and Facebook posts manage all the social media (Facebook and Instagram), and engage with our online audience 24/7.

As the office manager at the foot clinic, I was responsible for everything that keeps the clinic running on a daily basis. Answering phones, booking appointments and surgeries, ordering stock of medical supplies, billing patients, ordering and dispensing orthotics, as well as cleaning rooms after each patient, and keeping the office stocked and organized. Essentially everything other than treating patients. I have fostered a pleasant and welcoming environment within the clinic that is both enjoyable for the patients and the staff. Proficient in using the program Tracker to manage appointments and clients.

As a freelancer, I have worked on many different projects and have held several different titles. I have worked as a Production Assistant on the Irish National Lottery Shoot with 2D House, Camera Operator, and Audio Engineer on shoots with Toronto Hydro and many other jobs for clients such as RBC, Telus, Bayer, Asus, and Siemens Canada.

As the Assistant General Manager I was in charge of running the front desk, including all stock and staffing. I ran the club with honesty and integrity, made sure all our sales and budget goals were met on a monthly basis and that all member comments and concerns were taking care of promptly.
