Responsible for the day to day running of the store, running store budgets, increasing sales, maximising profits while minimising costs. Responsibilities also include advertising and marketing ensuring all promotions effectively and smoothly. Make sure that staff are all working towards the target for the day and that excellent customer care standards are met at all times.

Responsible for the Global marketing and sales of the 'Defender' anti-piracy barrier. Defender can be used on marine vessels, Oil Platforms and defence installations.Experience in the product design and specialising in bringing marketing, data analysis and sales knowledge with the benefit of adding long term value to clients.Founding member of a team to take products from concept, design, manufacture and launching onto a Global platform.

Responsible for the running of 3 site's merchandising stores for the Olympics, the visual Merchandising, ordering of stock, rota's and organisation of the 3 sites.

Responsible for the running of the store and meeting KPI's. Doing the staff Rota's, health & Safety, deal with any HR issues and manage budgets.
