Children's integrated 0-19 services clinical service manager. Managing teams and projects to further promote and secure commissioned public health services. Portfolio presently includes managing two 0-19 teams and two services; Breast feeding peer support service and Nottingham City’s Child Health Service. Currently managing 11 direct reports ensuring 3 monthly management supervision and “Team Talks” to enable full leadership support. Ensuring NMC registration and Revalidation for our registered nurses. Currently involved in instigating change management for 0-19 children’s integrated teams and services applying influencing and coaching skills to enable resilience and success. Project work includes; Leading on SystmOne to ensure optimal clinical record recording and best practice for clinicians. Leading on and producing a record keeping training package that has been rolled out to all 0-19 staff to enable efficient record keeping while maintaining high local, national & regional safeguarding standards.Leading on promoting mobile working for staff to improve efficiency.Leading on collating data for KPI/CQUIN indicators. Reporting to commissioners at contract meetings.Quorate member of Record Management Group to improve quality and safety of records management.Leading on BBB antenatal programme, promoting champion meetings to enable optimum uptake for parents to be.Working in partnership with local services, local authority, SSBC children’s services and commissioners to ensure the best start and outcomes for our young people of tomorrow.Efficiently chairing clinical service manager, clinical service leads & children’s services professional forums to ensure optimal productivity from these meetings.Working closely with fellow clinical service managers, integrated service lead and assistant director to enable CPD of leadership and management skills to successfully manage the above portfolio.

Team leader for a Nottingham Citycare health visiting team. Promoting and delivering public health and the Healthy Child Programme (DH 2009). Ensuring families have the best start in life from antenatal care through to school age. Helping women with postnatal depression to maintain a family life supporting them and their partners to be the best parents they can be. Ensuring important public health messages are conveyed to all parents allowing their children to develop & grow to achieve the best in their lives.
