Spent the majority of workdays shadowing an assistant project manager within the NICU and IR Lab Projects at Advent Health's Hinsdale Hospital as a part of in Bulley & Andrews' Healthcare division. Learned and developed skills in Procore, facilitated communication between offices of different trades, and walked the jobsite to observe progress, note plan inconsistency issues, and inquire about responsibilities of different trades. In sporadic days in the office, I participated in various trainings, attended meetings, and familiarized myself with both higher ups in the office as well as fellow interns. I also attended various site visits, in which the group was given a tour of the project's scope and introduced to its division within B&A's work.
