Athletic history: As a child: gymnastics, soccer, swim. Middle school: swim, volleyball, and ballet. HS: swam and water polo. College: swam, track, water polo, reffed, and games managed. CrossFit: 2019-2021 I participated in CrossFit at a facility with the best coaching. 2023-present have continued to do CrossFit on my own. Career history: BYU-Idaho I worked as a Games Manager & referee for Men's and Women's water polo for intercollegiate sports. Participated in military physical fitness and RAD program. While I was working full time at Walmart, I finished renewal courses for my elementary education degree. May-Dec 2023 I tried getting JROTC programs at the HS level in GR/RS for SWSD1&2. I met with the principals in GR and presented the cohort & beneficial statistics of the program. RSHS is currently accepting students for the program since August 2024; so I guess it worked! We have a running co-hort in support of the JROTC program: total of 227 supporters, 180 of these are district staff.Currently: Working full-time, Now I am trying to get CrossFit gyms as approved gyms for Walmart employees. Going to be taking the 5 month EMT night classes soon. Coaching experience: I coached a triathlete in his diet, swimming stroke, flip turn, and pulling technique to increase his speed in the water and his overall placement in the Iron Man Event in 2024.Future plans: Work in an EMT/fire department position full time. On the side, I’m going to run a CrossFit business, specialized for 1st responders, gestational, and geriatric clients. On a larger scale, accumulate data to create a legal reform with U.S. Department of Homeland security, protecting CrossFit gyms as essentially mandated gyms to stay in business for first responders during times of pandemic or other crisis if there is no immediate threat to the business or it's clients/ customers. I might also referee for the community sporting events for fun, if time allows. Volunteer: Primary worker for the LDS church, ward missionary, clean the building on the weekends, and participate in the events coordinated by the church, and donate blood for Vitalant. Phish for traffickers and pedophiles for fun.
