I am passionate about mental health counseling, neurodiversity issues, and social justice. I enjoy providing services to adults struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, life stressors, and adjustment issues at several levels of care. I support clients in finding new ways to relate to problems and trying out new skills for navigating them. My hope is for clients to leave the therapy space with an increased sense of self-understanding, skillfulness, and empowerment. ln addition to DBT, CBT, and ERP, I have completed introductory ACT training. I have good working knowledge of treating anxiety and mood concerns in ADHD and Autistic adults and hope to deepen this knowledge area with continued experience and education.
