Currently, I work as a Client Operations Manager, improving relationships and services for our customers (mainly financial advisers).For the past 5 I have been focusing on maintaining high levels of accuracy for onboarding and documents management and overseeing regulation changes such a FATCA and projecting managing the implementation of a digital mailroom software.
