This has been an unbelievable experience for me. Despite being a former college basketball player, I never thought I would get into coaching basketball. I am so glad I did because it has taught me so much about myself, communication, preparation and confidence. It is the confidence to know that even if you don't have all of the experience in the world, you can still have an impact. It is rewarding to have an impact on young girls especially when they are at the point of beginning to understand life and all that is ahead of them. This experience will serve me well as I try to grow my company enough to have a team of my own. We beat every single team expect the St. George Dragons. Hopefully, that will change when we get to the championship tournament. 
