 Better mommies is an online website, FB page and Instagram account for moms in Jordan, it has a directory of all the places, preschools, educational centers and many beneficial motherhood articles, and a calendar of all family event. Being a mom of two I thought to build this website to be the guidance to all mothers in Jordan and a reference for all parenting tips, I deal with highly professional kids psychologists who contribute to this website. Also we arrange monthly meetings for moms to discuss various topics with different professional speakers who are specialized in kids psychology, nutrition and more. I am acting as the social media manager of this website which has been a great success and guidance to all moms. The FB page and twitter account is being followed by many fans as well.

 Manage the budget process for the team, track all expenditure and ensure budgetary constraints are adhered to. Manage the work flow to ensure that all issues are identified and dealt with promptly. Make all travel/visa/accommodation arrangements for visitors. Prepare claims for reimbursements of business expense and check invoices for external suppliers in preparation for payment and in line with policies and guidelines Monitor the individual target achievement and overall profitability and ensure timely corrective actions. Handle telephone calls including responding to customer requests.  Maintain Departmental Personnel files and Department Register i.e. sickness, holiday, business trips, courses including up-keep of outstanding leave entitlement to ensure adequate cover is maintained at all times. Provide support to direct reports of head of wholesale banking on an on going basis. Handle the rates & FX sales desk MIS for FX deals (Spot, fwrd & Options). Prepare monthly GM Pack . Engage with WB Risk manager in the unit’s operational risk issues.  Event Management- arrange/organize events for WB or other department if required. Manage and co-ordinate diaries including arranging and booking internal and external meetings. Organize conference and offsite events.
