Works with customers to build resumes, complete applications, create cover letters, and other job seeking related correspondences Develops and maintains a positive, professional, working relationship with Partner staff, mentors and colleagues; cooperation, flexibility, and support are expected at all times. Maintains relationships with all Career Center staff and One-Stop Partner staff.

Maintains a working knowledge of Federal, State and Local TANF & GA rules and regulations and ensures program compliance. Duties & Responsibilities Perform administrative support tasks such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, and operating calculators or computers to work with attendance records, invoices, level of service records and other documents. Review correspondence and data received to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to reporting. Provide information about establishment such as location of other offices, employees within the organization, or services provided. Manage office supply inventory and weekly staff request. Maintain control of the front office reception area. Schedule appointments, and maintain and update appointment calendars. Assist with maintaining program schedule and transitional phases.
