I'm Natalie, an entrepreneur, creative, and dedicated learner. Here's the truth: I never had much of an interest in corporate work. I started college as an art education major, then thought about environmental studies and sustainability, and finally landed on marketing. After immersing myself in the Emerson E. Evans School of Business, I decided to find a position that would bolster my knowledge with real-world experience. I began working at Once Again Consignment during my junior year of high school, running the register, taking pictures, placing products, designing social media posts, and more. I spent a year at Once Again, before moving into an internship position with Holzer Health System. My first internship taught me more about the world of business and marketing than I ever could have learned in a classroom. I fell in love with the process of campaign planning and bringing it to life through design and copy. More than that, however, I realized that it wasn’t the position I held that made the job great, but it was the people I got to work with and learn from every day. Following a six-month internship with Holzer Health System, I accepted a marketing internship with StarSevenSix. Over the past 10 months with the marketing team, I’ve been able to develop skills such as copywriting, content creation, digital marketing, and campaign management. In the future, I plan to continue my educational journey at Ohio University, complete grad school, and put my knowledge and skills toward a position that suits my creative personality.View some of my work and learn more about my marketing experience below!

Marketing InternStar Seven Six Jan 2024 - PresentOhio, United StatesWhile working with StarSevenSix, I took on the challenge of managing and scheduling social media content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X, using SocialPilot. By delivering consistent, visually engaging content, we saw an increase in both engagement and brand awareness. It was exciting to see the impact of our efforts unfold.Collaboration was key. I worked closely with leadership to develop and execute marketing campaigns that aligned with the company’s goals. This hands-on experience boosted our visibility and drove more traffic to our website, giving me a deeper understanding of how social media and marketing can work together.Creativity has always been central to my work, so designing branded infographics, pitch decks, and promotional materials using Canva and Adobe Illustrator was one of my favorite parts of the role. These designs were more than just visuals—they helped communicate important messages and make our campaigns even more effective. -
Marketing InternHolzer Health System Jun 2023 - Jan 2024Gallipolis, Ohio, United StatesAt Holzer Health System, I had the opportunity to collaborate closely with leadership on drafting copy for new Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion web pages. This work was all about ensuring the company’s values were communicated clearly, and it was rewarding to contribute to fostering a more inclusive brand image.Design played a big part in my role, too. I created branded graphics for events, social media, and internal announcements. These visuals helped reinforce the brand’s identity while also driving engagement among employees and the wider community. One of the highlights was photographing and editing images for Holzer Night at the Gallia County Jr. Fair and the Holzer Celebrity Dinner. Producing high-quality visuals that captured the energy of these events helped boost visibility and community involvement.I also designed PowerPoint templates and updated hospital presentations. The goal here was to make communication clearer and more consistent, both for employees and customers. This experience allowed me to dig into the intersection of design and effective communication, which has continued to influence my work. -
