Intro Video - https://youtu.be/vwQRigbZck4 Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/natalieb_circuitrec/Podcast - https://open.spotify.com/show/7dL8QBJp55PsnSNR5Eq52wHi there, 👋😄👩‍💻My name is Natalie and I’m a specialist Software recruiter with a science background, and I work at a bespoke recruitment company called Circuit! Recruitment wasn’t the original plan for me, I actually studied a bachelor of Science at Monash University, majoring in human science subjects, and after 4 years of blood sweat, and tears I was adamant on making that count for something... So my first job was as a Neurophysiology scientist at Monash health! This role taught me a lot of things... but most importantly it also taught me what I didn’t want in a career path.So a few years ago, I took a risk and made a career switch and that’s where I found my home in recruitment, I’ve swapped “Human Sciences” for “Computer Sciences” and I’ve never looked back!! My current role as a Section Manager (Software Engineering) at CircuIT has given me a platform to become an expert in my field, provide a tailored approach to client outcomes, manage a team of amazing consultants and provide clients & candidates alike with memorable & positive recruitment experiences. I recruit purely within the IT sector, managing a small team of consultants, that have a strong focus on all things software & development. I’ve fallen in love with the Tech industry and I absolutely love getting involved in industry meetups & information nights – I'm a regular attendant & sponsor for many Tech Meetups (ie. Java & .Net Meetups), I co-organize the Melbourne Recruitment Meetup and I'm a volunteer manager for Her Tech Circle and a podcast host for a show called What The Heck is Tech(?)!!My goal as an industry professional is to create a long-term recruitment partnership between myself and my clients, helping them to refine their search processes and overcome roadblocks, along with, sourcing good candidate profiles to help them fulfil their needs.I am always open to chatting to and/or meeting up with anyone who wants to explore the current market and see how we might be able to help you either find your next role or fill your next vacancy, so if you’d like to connect, please contact me via:P: 03 9245 0605E: natalie.b@circuitrec.com.auOr simply connect with me here and chuck me a quick message 😊You can also check out some of my videos here: https://youtu.be/vwQRigbZck4 …and my Blog posts here: https://linktr.ee/nataliebents
