As we navigate a radically evolved business landscape, this focus has never been more important.Prior to joining CLA and Achievers, I was a Founder and Chief Psychologist at RoundPegg, a culture and engagement SaaS based platform that surfaced scientific metrics and insights to empower every organization to manage the most critical business drivers that exist. I hold a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Strength-Based Psychology. I serve on several boards and have spent much of my career advising leaders from companies of all sizes, from entrepreneurial start-ups to Fortune 500 firms, on issues related to culture and the employee experience.
