I deliver learning that creates a positive impact. I'm an innovator, a creator, a doer and a strategist who just doesn't sit still, and loves developing collaborative partnerships for good.I'm all about community development and empowering action through education. From designing community solutions, funding projects through grants or tenders, to management and governance structures. Let's talk if you're - Wanting to develop some customised learning - Looking to up-skill your team- Want to access sector-specific on-demand learning library and a guided learning program.- A subject matter expert and would love to share knowledge Longer version 😉My career has been spent at the intersection of education; enterprise; community; tourism and economic impact. I put all this together to create a learning enterprise with a social purpose. iClick2Learn designs and builds training for government, associations, enterprises and community organisations. 100% of our profit is invested right back into education to educate volunteers and staff Govern, Fund and Manage their community organisations. We build the capacity of people in the for-purpose sector by giving them the tools and knowledge they need to create social change. I've been an advisor, consultant, trainer and facilitator over the last 18+ years helping over 10,000 community leaders, and longer than that as a volunteer myself. My working career has been as diverse as my entrepreneurial journey. I’ve worked across many industries, including retail; accommodation; human services; wholesale; hospitality; real estate; cultural tourism; event management; education; marketing and promotions; management and governance consulting and eLearning.I’ve ideated and launched 4 start-ups, taken products to market and learnt a lot from the many useful mistakes made! I’ve prioritised applied learning on the job and embraced the value of academic learning along the way with various certificates; diplomas and an MBA. I’ve delved in every topic that’s captured my interest and adds value to my work, including asset-based community development; human centred design; social impact; social return on investment; law; entrepreneurship; governance; community building and critical thinking, to name a few. When I’m not strategising or learning, I’m volunteering or winding down by travelling; indulging in food experiences; cycling; sitting by the fire or cuddling my cat alongside my fabulous husband and cofounder, Glen. Ceo & CofounderNot-For-Profit Guide: Iclick2Learn Jul 2016 - PresentDubbo, New South Wales, AuIf you want to have an impact, you've got to be the change. We're a learning company with a difference. We build and deliver learning that creates a positive impact for you, your learners and the volunteers in our communities. We're breaking down access and equity barriers staff and volunteers in the for-purpose sector (Not-for-profits; Charities and Social Enterprises) have in accessing the knowledge, tools and insights to do their work. Can you believe that over 70% of this workforce don't have access to professional and personal development? This means they need to find the funding; wait for the opportunity (which may be too late), or decide between a family need or a volunteer expense. The issue gets worse, the further inland you go, with additional barriers of travel, time and cost. This just isn't good enough. Skilled people contribute significantly to social impact in our communities. Community members often 'fall' into volunteer roles, working it out as they go. Accessing the tools and knowledge when they need it, to help them do the job is critical.iClick2Learn is the affordable and accessible solution to meet this need. When you support us to build your learning or deliver your training, you're supporting your community. We're also proudly a certified social enterprise. 100% of all our profits are reinvested into our purpose. Our theory of change directs our work and aligns to the UN goals. We know our work makes a huge difference, our learners tell us and our SROI impact reports demonstrate this. We also know there's more work to do and more resources we need, to do this important work. We're on a mission to provide every volunteer and every staff member with equitable and accessible tools and knowledge they need to create social impact. It's a bold mission and we're clear about how we can solve this big problem. Let's talk about how you can join us. -

We provide accredited training, half-day workshops and conferences designed specifically for the staff, volunteers, board/committee members, and supporters of Australian community organisations. -
DirectorNatalie Bramble.Com.Au Jun 2005 - May 2020I helped thousands of not-for-profits improve their governance practices and operational procedures, identifying new revenue and leveraging existing opportunities. I’ve had an amazing time and been blessed to meet, and help, many wonderful, genuine and passionate people who really care about their communities. A common cause we bonded over :). In the time my team and I offered event management services; developed strategic plans; led governance reviews; advised on operational structures; wrote and submitted tenders and grants and won over 40 million dollars for community projects and trained and mentored many of the governance and grant writing consultants and trainers that operate in our sector today. I was always a consultant with a 'I'll teach you so you can do it yourself if you want' approach and shared everything I could. Training workshops for me weren't an opportunity to sell my services, it was an opportunity to help people and to transfer the knowledge. The one thing that I recognised, and kept being told, as I travelled this beautiful country of ours, was the inequality of affordable access the sector has to the tools and knowledge to do their work. Something that I’ve experienced also, as a regional person. So, we decided to do something about that. While continuing to work in my consulting business, In 2016 we ideated an enterprise, delivered a pilot and iClick2Learn launched as a social enterprise in 2018. A review of our purpose led to the establishment of Australia's only learning library for the sector in late 2020. It’s a new era for helping grassroots community organisations with the tools and knowledge to help them with the valuable work they do everyday in our community. With the new challenges they're facing, they need us more now, then ever before.Want to help us in our mission? Join me at iClick2Learn :)
