I am also experienced in advising on leasehold management matters.I have previously worked with housing associations, businesses and private clients in the acquisition and disposal of properties, as well as advising landlords and tenants on general property management.

During my time at Forbes I worked within its commercial property team, although I also gained some experience of commercial litigation.Whilst I have expertise in a broad range of property transactions, I primarily focused on buying and selling development properties and public sector housing transactions under the right to buy/acquire scheme and shared ownership leases. I also bought and sold residential properties for both commercial and private clients.

I also spent two academic years lecturing first year law degree students on the Legal Process Module. This allows them to study the English Legal System and develop their knowledge and understanding of civil and criminal process, legal personnel and contemporary legal theories.My experience of private practice allowed me to train and mentor the students on presentation skills in order to help them develop into a professional role and assess them on presenting and debating both to live and recorded audiences.
