Orr Fellowship is the ultimate post-grad experience. Fellows are recruited from the top seniors at universities in Indiana and other states, with an average acceptance rate of 6%. Converging in Indianapolis, these talented graduates join vibrant companies in positions that create a foundation for career success.Out of 1200 applications, I was selected to participate in the two-year program. In addition to a full time employment, Orr Fellows participate in a unique curriculum designed to challenge, develop, and propel them toward a career of excellence. With two years that are jam-packed with receiving executive mentorship, growing a strong network, leading civic engagement efforts, and acquiring new skills each Fellow stars in her or his own success story.

Managed a board of 22 individuals for DePauw's TV station, D3TV. Helped transition the station from a traditional one to an entirely digital platform, and have seen great success in increased viewership.

Worked with the Beauty & Lifestyle team at Studio71 to assist their brand The Lipstick Lobby and their upcoming swimwear line, swimRX. Sourced influencers, locations, and props for the photoshoot, as well as did research on competing swimwear brands. Created my own mock influencer campaign by doing intensive research on Jeffree Star Cosmetics and Target to create a Jeffree Star x Target: Pride Week campaign to increase awareness among 25-34 y/os of Star's cosmetic brand.

At Clevver Media I wrote entertainment news stories for their 4+ million YouTube followers. I also assisted in the production of videos for their series Cheat Day and Beauty Break.

Intern for the video team at Whalerock where I assisted shoots, filled out expense reports, and created casting decks. Filled out data sheets on livestreams for shows Nashville and Getting Younger.Acted as a PA while the video team produced the Descendants 2 live hits and after-show at Disney Studios. Used photoshop to create a powerpoint used in the Descendants 2 after-show that aired on TV.
