Conducts career-related presentations, coordinates career-related events and programming, researches and stays up-to-date on current career services and employment trends, and collaborates with staff in formulating plans and strategies. Represented Lynn University both on and off campus to perspective students, parents, counselors, Higher Education officials, and educational consultants. Planned, implemented and researched recruitment strategies for assigned primary, secondary and tertiary territory markets based off data analysis - managing an annual travel recruitment budget of $24,000. Counseled prospective applicants on the admission process and opportunities presented at Lynn University. Admission counseling occurs by in-person appointments, phone calls and emails. Reviewed application materials thoroughly submitted by each applicant for the purpose of making admission decisions. Welcomed the largest incoming class in 2013 since 2007.14% increase in enrollment from Fall 2013 to Fall 2014.Consistent growth in enrollment since 2011.
