I have been an educator for 20 years. In those 20 years I have had the opportunity to lead professional development for staff, provide training to fellow educators regarding multilingual students and resources, co-teaching with general education teachers to better support all learners, and organized successful evening family events that brought our Multilingual community together. With my learners I have created and implemented my own curriculum based on student needs and core curriculum. I have set goals with students and worked with them to monitor and achieve their goals. Most recently I received a certificate from the University of South Florida M3 Center in Inclusive and Ethical Leadership. I am open to new opportunities where I can share me expertise.
