As a Design Associate & Project Manager for Timberstone Consulting, I oversee the administration and deployment of leadership measurement tools (360 Assessment), ensuring seamless communication and coordination between our development team and our client, Subaru of America. My role involves making strategic decisions based on detailed report analysis, and I manage the entire coaching process, from scheduling one-on-one sessions to providing comprehensive technical support to consultancy leadership. Additionally, I act as the primary liaison, ensuring all updates, meetings, and key documents are meticulously handled to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency.
