Accomplished leader and non-executive director (NED) with significant experience working with leading organisations in CPG/FMCG, retail, professional services, corporate venture capital, property and capital markets, locally and internationally. I have a track record of designing and delivering multi-channel, strategic initiatives at scale that create long-term value. My career spans finance, supply chain, marketing, innovation, corporate venture capital and governance. This depth of professional experience enables me to synthesise information quickly and connect the dots to design and deliver on strategic priorities. I have been able to look beyond the status quo in each of my roles to deliver new and creative approaches and have a reputation for driving positive and lasting impact. I have a natural affinity for communication and story telling, both written and oral, harnessed to influence stakeholders to drive results.In 2015 I designed and led the implementation of the Partner for Growth program, a supplier relationship management platform for Coca-Cola Amatil. Encompassing large multinationals and startup businesses, this award-winning program continues to drive ecosystem value.In 2018, I co-founded Amatil X to leverage the startup ecosystem in support of Amatil's growth agenda. Here I led the delivery of the Xcelerate program, Coca-Cola Amatil’s venture backed accelerator, identified potential portfolio companies and worked with founders to secure pilot opportunities within Amatil and across the global Coca-Cola system. Amatil X established a multi-million dollar VC fund and has built a portfolio of eight companies across four geographies including a loyalty-based payment and discovery platform for restaurants, an AI-driven ordering platform for hospitality, a logistics marketplace, a B2B e-commerce app, and a cloud kitchen platform. Amatil X recently completed its first successful exit.I bring strong financial acumen and experience in corporate governance, strategy setting and risk management honed over my career as an auditor, a senior leader within a highly regulated and publicly accountable organisation and a NED at an ASX 200 organisation.
