Holding the headteacher to account for the educational performance of the school and its pupils, and the performance management of staff. Overseeing the financial performance of the school and making sure its money is well spent.

Natalie is a multi award-winning Slimming World consultant leading a very successful and thriving weight loss group in Alderney, Poole, Dorset. Supporting weight loss, health & nutrition changes within families in the local community, and with a cumulative member weight loss of over 2.55 tonnes in her year as a Consultant, Natalie is very proud to have contributed to so many positive life-changing experiences for her members. Slimming World support weight loss for a large section of the community, which can also include: young adults, the elderly, diabetics, those who have undergone bariatric weight loss surgery as well as members throughout pregnancy and breast-feeding. As such, Natalie's role requires a high competency in health and nutrition and for which she passed all her diplomas with exceptionally high marks. Natalie continues to uphold and further develop her knowledge through regular and ongoing training. In addition to running effective, fun and engaging weekly sessions, Natalie also maintains effective stock control and rotation of food and literature products as well as maintaining accurate and concise financial accounts. Natalie leads her group by example, and proudly maintains her own weight loss achievement of over 4 stones, and is herself a Diamond Target member.

Natalie is an Executive Sales Leader and member of the prestigious Avon Presidents Club placing her in the top 2% of company representatives for personal sales. Natalie also holds coveted spots on the Avon Sales Leader Council, both regionally and nationally, working in close partnership with senior leaders in the company and the Executive Director of Sales.Natalie is responsible for the marketing, recruitment, training, sales and development of her own personal team of sales representatives, Natalie is adept at adjusting to different personality and learning styles to get the best from her team.Skilled in delivering a personal approach to face-to-face sales and gaining the confidence of her customers, Natalie has excellent examples of customer loyalty and repeat business. Natalie actively uses product demonstrations and sampling to increase brand awareness, promote new products and increase sales, coaching her team in this method also. Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation of all sales, team and customer records.
